About Pongoal

No installs and no paywalls: Pongoal is a sports game that starts the second you hit play. It keeps the rules simple and the matches short, so every session ends with "one more game". How to play Pongoal

Outscore your opponent before the clock runs out, using timing and positioning more than button mashing. On mobile, the on-screen touch controls take over — on-screen up/down buttons. A couple of practice runs will teach you more than any instructions.

Tips to get better at Pongoal

• Defence wins close games: do not leave your goal or basket unguarded to force a play.
• Timing beats spamming — wait for the right moment instead of hammering the action key.
• Watch your opponent instead of the ball once you know the controls; you will react earlier.
