Stickman Kombat 2D is the closest thing in this catalogue to a real fighting game. It has a block, an uppercut on a directional input, two separate special moves, and — unusually for anything running in a browser tab — stamina you have to manage. That last one is the feature that changes how matches play, because it means aggression has a cost and running out of it leaves you defenceless at exactly the wrong moment.
Stamina is what separates this from the site's other fighting games. In Epic Sword Battle the limit on your aggression is physics: swinging destabilises you. Here it is a resource that depletes and recovers, which is a fighting-game convention rather than a physics one, and it rewards a completely different habit — pacing rather than timing.
The move list has real structure. J attacks, K is a special, back plus K is a second special, S plus J is an uppercut, and holding S blocks. That is a genuine command list rather than a button and a hope, and it means there is technique to learn: knowing which move covers which situation, and which ones you can afford.
It is filed under Fighting, Multiplayer, 2D and 2 Players. Unlike some games on this site carrying the Fighting label, this one earns it — there is a real opponent, real defensive options, and losing is something you can analyse rather than shrug at. Unlockable fighters give a session somewhere to go beyond individual matches.
